Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

We offer free standard shipping worldwide, or you can pay extra $15 for express shipping during checkout.
When your destination country is the U.S., you can choose between Standard Delivery and Express Delivery.
2 Estimated Shipping
The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
Manufacturing time: 3-5 working days
Shipping time: We can ship your orders worldwide with the shipping method of your choice. You'll receive FREE standard shipping from us, and you will typically receive your item in about 5-10 working days after manufacturing time. In addition, you will be able to select the express shipping for your needs, item arrives 3-5 working days after manufacturing time.
3 Shipping Notification
Personalized items are one-of-a kind, please note that special personalized designs may have a longer processing and manufacturing time frame.
We ship orders to all 50 U.S. states (and Washington D.C.) Monday – Friday, except public holidays. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
With additional safety precautions around COVID-19 we are fulfilling all orders in a timely manner with 95% of our orders arriving on time. Please keep in mind that the estimated delivery is impacted by your selected shipping method, and does not account for delays caused by vendors or service and weather disruptions. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
4 How to track order?
As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.
You will also be able to track your order in your account.
5 Tax and Duties
The prices on this website do not include tax. (No tax charge in US)
Some countries charge import taxes and duties upon reaching customs. We will send your items in one package and declare reasonable low value in order to get through the custom. Generally, it works well for our items. However, if you do get taxed in unpredictable situation, we are unable to pay for the tax. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Namenecklaceflurry.com is not liable to these additional charges once the package is shipped to you.
To avoid being charged unexpectedly, we highly recommend contacting your local customs office for the current duty rates and taxes before placing an order.
6 Support
I.Your package arrives in a damaged condition.
We will do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, Please receive the goods and contact our customer center via support@namenecklaceflurry.com, we will deal with the problem.
II. If you have not received the goods 30 days after the order is shipped, please contact our customer center at support@namenecklaceflurry.com, and we will check for you whether the package has been lost. If lost, we will resend or refund for you
