Return & Exchange Policy
NAMENECKLACEFLURRY hopes that you love your new design jewelry, but we also want you to be fully satisfied.
Below are detailed instructions on how to process a modification, cancellation, return or exchange. The policy begins from the date of purchase. Please see whether either of these pertain to you and if the item(s) are covered by our 90 Days Return/Exchange Policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the personalized items.
If you would like to cancel your purchase, the restocking fee is 30% of the total amount of the item. To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service department at support@namenecklaceflurry.com. Please ensure you know your order number, your date of purchase.
Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. Your account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.
*Order Modification Request: Please note that personalized items are one-of-a-kind, if you want to change the spellings for names that need to be engraved as well as the color, dimensions, and any other details regarding your order, please notify us within 12 hours of purchase.
90 DAY RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
1. The 90-day FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy applies to the following conditions:
- We sent the wrong order or item(s), the personalized info is different from what you provided to NAMENECKLACEFLURRY.
- You received broken items, broken chain, or the quality of the product you received is poor/defective.
In these circumstances, NAMENECKLACEFLURRY will cover the return postage and replacement fees, please notify us immediately via e-mails and you will receive either a refund of your purchase or exchange.
2. The following conditions are covered by our LIMITED COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy.
(Customer is responsible for return postage fees, and replacement postage fees. NAMENECKLACEFLURRY does not refund any shipping fees.)
- You chose the wrong size bracelet(s)/ring(s), or chain length.
- Personal Reasons due to changed mind, personal taste, ordering numerous personalized items for the purposes of comparison or sizing, or you do not see the detailed description, etc.
- Personalized items are one-of-a-kind, those cancels/returns will incur a 30% restocking fee.
3. The following conditions are NOT covered by our 90-day return policy, and we are not liable for these issues:
- Products that have been resized, updated, and/or repaired do not qualify.
- Products have been exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals can alter the appearance of your product. These chemicals include but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas. Oxidized silver is easily damaged.
- Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance. Silver pieces are detailed through oxidation; over time, they may appear black. To remove this, clean with a silver polishing cloth to return it to its original look.
- Any orders placed after 90 days from the purchased date.
4. If the package was unable to be delivered due to the incorrect/insufficient address you provided, you'll be responsible for the charge of re-delivery, otherwise, we'll not arrange redelivery or refund.
5. Once the tracking number indicates that the package has been delivered successfully,we're not responsible for the loss of the package.
6. We only accept returns from purchases made directly through our website. If you’ve purchased through an authorized dealer, please contact them directly.
Note: Warmly notice that personalized items are one-of-a-kind, once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized items. For all orders, if you would like to cancel your purchase, the restocking fee is 30% of the total amount of the personalized item. RETURN SERVICE PROCEDURE
To initiate a return, please email our Customer Service department at support@namenecklaceflurry.com, provide us the order number# and attach clear photos of the items that represent a quality issue. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, this may take up to 7 business days.
Shipping instructions:
The returned item should be kept in its original condition in which you received them in(unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging). Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item. You may choose any carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.), but we do require a method that supplies a tracking number.
